PROFIT GDGN pilotering

Den 29. april 2026 gjennomførte FOKU den første piloteringen av den gamifiserte digitale grafiske romanen ( GDGN ) ved Molde Ungdomsklubb.

Formålet med økten var å teste historien “Moving Out” sammen med ungdom og samle inn tilbakemeldinger som en del av videreutviklingen av verktøyet.

Under økten deltok ungdommene aktivt i refleksjon og diskusjon rundt økonomiske situasjoner fra hverdagen. De delte tanker om viktigheten av økonomiske valg og hvordan beslutninger påvirker dagliglivet.

Vi ble særlig imponert over deltakernes refleksjonsnivå og engasjement. Tilbakemeldingene og forslagene som ble gitt vil være verdifulle i det videre arbeidet med å forbedre GDGN.

On April 29, 2026, FOKU carried out the first piloting session of the Gamified Digital Graphic Novel (GDGN) at Molde Ungdomsklubb.

The session aimed to test the “Moving Out” storyline with young participants and gather feedback as part of the project’s development process.

During the session, participants engaged in discussions around real-life financial situations, reflecting on the importance of financial decision-making and everyday choices. We were particularly encouraged by the high level of awareness and openness demonstrated by the youth.

The participants provided valuable feedback and practical suggestions, which will contribute to further improving the GDGN tool.

FOKU would like to express its appreciation to Ung i Molde for their support and collaboration in facilitating this activity.

Finansordbok: Alle de viktigste begrepene i kun to bilder

Å forstå penger er en av de viktigste ferdighetene unge mennesker kan ha, likevel er finansiell opplæring sjelden en del av skolehverdagen på en måte som faktisk setter seg. Det er akkurat dette gapet Profit Project ble skapt for å tette.

Som en del av prosjektets pågående arbeid for å gjøre finanskunnskap tilgjengelig for unge, ble Finansordboken utviklet innenfor rammen av Profit Project — et visuelt læringsverktøy utformet for å forklare de viktigste finansbegrepene på et klart og hverdagslig språk.

Ideen er enkel: i stedet for lange lærebøker og forvirrende faguttrykk presenteres alle nøkkelbegreper på bare to plakater. Budsjett, eiendeler, gjeld, renter, inflasjon, utbytte - hvert begrep forklares på en måte som en 16-åring kan forstå, uten at det går på bekostning av nøyaktighet eller dybde.

Finansordboken ble utviklet med unge målgrupper i tankene, med utgangspunkt i at finansiell kunnskap ikke bare er for økonomer eller business-studenter. Enten noen åpner sin første bankkonto, vurderer en liten investering, eller rett og slett prøver å forstå hva nyhetene mener når de snakker om renteøkninger — dette verktøyet er for dem.

Finansordboken er en del av en større serie med læringsmateriell som er utviklet innenfor Profit Project, alt med mål om å gi neste generasjon den kunnskapen de trenger for å ta gode finansielle valg.

Financial Dictionary: All the key terms in just two visuals

Understanding money is one of the most important life skills a young person can have, yet financial education rarely makes it to school curriculums in a way that actually sticks. That's exactly the gap the Profit Project was created to address.

As part of the project's ongoing mission to make financial knowledge accessible to young people, the Financial Dictionary was developed within the framework of the Profit Project - a visual educational tool designed to break down the most essential financial terms into clear, everyday language.

The concept is simple: instead of lengthy textbooks or confusing terminology, all the key concepts are presented across just two posters. Budgets, assets, liabilities, interest rates, inflation, dividends — every term is explained in a way that a 16-year-old can understand, without losing accuracy or depth.

The Financial Dictionary was developed with young audiences in mind, recognizing that financial literacy isn't just for economists or business students. Whether someone is opening their first bank account, considering a small investment, or simply trying to understand what the news means when it talks about interest rates — this tool is for them.

The Financial Dictionary is part of a broader series of educational materials developed within the Profit Project, all aimed at empowering the next generation with the knowledge they need to make informed financial decisions.

PROFIT Project – Second Newsletter is out!

We are happy to share the second newsletter of the PROFIT project , highlighting key developments from the past months.

PROFIT-prosjektet: Learning, Teaching & Training Activity (LTTA) i Rzeszów

Den 10.–11. desember 2025 møttes partnerne i PROFIT-prosjektet i Rzeszów i Polen til en Learning, Teaching and Training Activity (LTTA) , arrangert av Danmar Computers . Samlingen ga en verdifull anledning til å oppsummere prosjektets fremdrift og planlegge de neste stegene.

Under LTTA-en gikk partnerne gjennom alt som er oppnådd i løpet av det første prosjektåret , og løftet frem det sterke samarbeidet i partnerskapet. Et av høydepunktene var presentasjonen og testingen av den digitale Novellen . Det var både spennende og inspirerende å se hvordan en historie som startet på papir nå har fått liv i et interaktivt digitalt format.

Videre ble de kommende aktivitetene i prosjektet diskutert, inkludert etableringen av en Community of Practice og planlagte pilotaktiviteter , som vil være sentrale for å teste og videreutvikle prosjektets resultater. Det ble også gjennomgått viktige punkter knyttet til Online Event II, som finner sted 10. mars 2025

Samlet sett var LTTA-en svært informativ, lærerik og produktiv , og den bidro til å styrke samarbeidet og gi en tydelig retning for det videre arbeidet. Vi ser frem til de neste stegene i PROFIT-prosjektet.

PROFIT Project: Learning, Teaching & Training Activity (LTTA) in Rzeszów

On 10–11 December 2025, partners of the PROFIT project gathered in Rzeszów, Poland, for a Learning, Teaching and Training Activity (LTTA) hosted by Danmar Computers . The meeting provided an important opportunity to reflect on the project’s progress and align on upcoming milestones.

During the LTTA, partners reviewed everything that has been achieved over the first year of the project , highlighting strong cooperation and joint efforts across the consortium. A key highlight of the meeting was the presentation and testing of an early version of the digital Novel . Seeing how a story initially created on paper has now come to life in an interactive digital format was both exciting and inspiring, clearly demonstrating the value of collaborative work.

Partners also discussed the next phases of the project, including the upcoming Community of Practice and piloting activities , which will play a crucial role in validating and improving the project outputs. In addition, key aspects of Online Event II , scheduled for 10 March 2025 , were reviewed and clarified.

Overall, the LTTA was highly informative, engaging, and productive , strengthening the partnership and setting a clear direction for the next steps. We look forward to continuing the work together and moving confidently into the next stages of the PROFIT project.

RURAL CONNECT: 2. transnasjonale partnermøte i Riga

Den 2. desember 2025 møttes partnerne i RURAL CONNECT-prosjektet i Riga til prosjektets andre transnasjonale partnermøte (TPM) , arrangert av Eurofortis . Møtet markerte et viktig steg i prosjektets videre utvikling og ga rom for både oppsummering og planlegging.

Under møtet ble sentrale aktiviteter i arbeidspakke 2 (WP2) ferdigstilt. Career Guide og Counselor Toolkit ble formelt avsluttet. Disse ressursene er utviklet for å støtte fagpersoner som arbeider med NEET-ungdom i distriktene , og gir praktiske verktøy for karriereveiledning og oppfølging.

Partnerne startet også arbeidet med arbeidspakke 3 (WP3) ved å gjennomgå første utkast av den digitale plattformen . Det ble diskutert hvordan plattformen videre kan utvikles til et interaktivt og brukervennlig digitalt rom for karriereveiledning og læring.

Møtet inkluderte også planlegging av kommende aktiviteter i prosjektet:

et digitalt partnermøte i februar 2026
en internasjonal opplæringsaktivitet i Hellas i mai 2026
pilot-testing av den digitale plattformen sommeren 2026

TPM-møtet i Riga styrket samarbeidet i partnerskapet og bekreftet prosjektets felles mål: å bygge broer for NEET-ungdom i rurale områder og forbedre tilgangen til veiledning, kompetanse og framtidsmuligheter .

RURAL CONNECT: 2nd Transnational Partner Meeting in Riga

On 2 December 2025, partners of the RURAL CONNECT project came together in Riga for the 2nd Transnational Partner Meeting (TPM) , kindly hosted by Eurofortis. The meeting marked an important milestone in the project’s progress and allowed partners to align on achievements and next steps.

During the meeting, partners successfully completed key activities under Work Package 2 (WP2). The Career Guide and Counselor Toolkit were officially finalised. These resources are designed to support professionals working with NEET youth in rural areas, providing practical tools for guidance, motivation, and career orientation.

The consortium also launched Work Package 3 (WP3) by reviewing the first draft of the digital platform . Partners discussed how to further develop the platform into an interactive online space that will combine career guidance, learning content, and user-friendly digital solutions for young people and practitioners.

In addition to reviewing current progress, the meeting focused on upcoming project activities, including:

an online coordination meeting planned for February 2026

an international training activity in Greece in May 2026

pilot testing of the digital platform scheduled for summer 2026

The Riga TPM strengthened cooperation among partners and reaffirmed the project’s shared mission: to build bridges for NEET youth in rural areas and improve access to guidance, skills, and future opportunities.

FOKU As på “We Connect Molde” – 01.10.2025

Den 1. oktober 2025 fikk FOKU As muligheten til å delta på We Connect Molde , et flott initiativ i regi av NAV og Molde Frivilligsentral. Formålet med møtene er å skape en inspirasjonsarena der mennesker som av ulike grunner står utenfor arbeidslivet kan møtes, dele erfaringer, utvide nettverk og få kjennskap til nye muligheter.

Under arrangementet presenterte vi våre pågående Erasmus+ prosjekter: Rural Connect , som har fokus på unge NEETs i rurale områder, og E-PROFIT , som utvikler innovative metoder for å styrke unges økonomiske kompetanse. Vi inviterte deltakerne til å delta i fremtidig piloteringsarbeid, der deres erfaringer og tilbakemeldinger vil være svært verdifulle.

Vi setter stor pris på muligheten til å være en del av dette inkluderende fellesskapet og ser frem til videre samarbeid!

On October 1st, 2025, FOKU AS had the opportunity to participate in We Connect Molde, a great initiative hosted by NAV and Molde Volunteer Center. The purpose of these meetings is to create an arena of inspiration where people who are currently outside the labor market can meet, share experiences, expand their networks, and explore new opportunities.

During the event, we presented our ongoing Erasmus+ projects: Rural Connect , focusing on young NEETs in rural areas, and E-PROFIT , which develops innovative methods to strengthen young people’s financial literacy. We invited participants to take part in the upcoming piloting phase, where their insights and feedback will be highly valuable.

Om prosjektet

RURAL CONNECT (Brobygging av muligheter for NEET-er på landsbygda gjennom rådgivning) har som mål å styrke arbeidsevnen og den sosiale integreringen til unge som verken er i arbeid, utdanning eller opplæring (NEET). Gjennom målrettet karriereveiledning, ferdighetsutvikling og involvering av lokalsamfunn og arbeidsgivere, skal prosjektet støtte ungdom i overgangen til arbeidslivet eller videre utdanning.

We are pleased to announce the publication of the first newsletter for the RURAL CONNECT project , an Erasmus+ initiative focused on building sustainable and transferable models for the inclusion of NEET youth in rural areas.

About the Project

RURAL CONNECT (Bridging Opportunities for Rural NEETs through Counseling) aims to improve the employability and social integration of young people who are not in education, employment, or training (NEETs). Through tailored career guidance, skills development, and the active involvement of local communities and employers, the project seeks to empower rural youth and support their transition into the labor market or further education.

The project brings together partners from Turkey, Latvia, Greece, Spain, Italy, and Norway , combining expertise across sectors to co-create practical tools such as:

Oppsummering av et inspirerende PROFIT-prosjektmøte i København

Den 3.–4. juni 2025 deltok FOKU sammen med våre prosjektpartnere i et transnasjonalt prosjektmøte i København, som en del av Erasmus+-prosjektet PROFIT . Møtet fant sted i vakre omgivelser og var preget av engasjerende erfaringsutveksling, kreativ utvikling og fremtidsrettet planlegging.

Første prosjektresultater presentert

Under møtet presenterte partnerne de første konkrete resultatene av prosjektet:

En omfattende forskningsrapport om unges økonomiske kompetanse i Europa

En økonomisk ordbok tilpasset ungdom

Konsepter for forklarende videoer som skal gjøre økonomiske begreper lettere tilgjengelige

Disse verktøyene har som mål å gjøre prosjektets innhold mer brukervennlig, relevant og praktisk for unge mennesker over hele Europa.

Kreativ workshop med fokus på fortelling og visuell formidling

En av høydepunktene under samlingen var et fortellerverksted ledet av illustratør Jessica Lai, som ga deltakerne innsikt i hvordan man strukturerer en god historie, og hvordan grafiske virkemidler – som tegneserier – kan benyttes for å styrke budskapet om økonomisk forståelse.

Dette markerer starten på den kreative fasen i prosjektet, hvor vi jobber med å utvikle manus og visuell identitet for den kommende Gamified Digital Graphic Novel – en interaktiv og engasjerende læringsressurs for unge.

On June 3–4, 2025, FOKU participated in a transnational project meeting in Copenhagen, together with our partners from the Erasmus+ project PROFIT . The meeting took place in a beautiful setting and was filled with meaningful exchange, creative development, and forward-looking planning.

Presentation of the First Project Results

During the meeting, the partners shared the first tangible outcomes of the project, including:

A comprehensive research report on youth financial literacy across Europe

A financial dictionary tailored for young people

Concepts for explanatory videos designed to make financial topics more accessible

These tools aim to make the project content more user-friendly, impactful, and practical for young people across Europe.

Creative Workshop on Storytelling and Visual Communication

One of the highlights of the meeting was a storytelling workshop led by illustrator Jessica Lai, offering valuable insights into how to build an engaging narrative and how visual tools such as comics can enhance financial literacy messages.

This workshop officially marked the beginning of the creative phase of the project, during which we will develop the storyline and visual identity for the upcoming Gamified Digital Graphic Novel – an interactive and engaging learning tool for youth.

Another key part of the program was a visit to Danske Bank , where we learned about their approach to financial education and how they work to build long-term financial confidence in children and youth. It was a truly inspiring intersection of finance and social innovation.

STEAMing Ahead Foreldreopplæring 5-6 November 2024

Den etterlengtede todagers foreldretreningen fant sted i Skopje i Nord-Makedonia, med totalt 12 deltakere. Det var et aktivt arrangement der alle deltakerne deltok i S (Science), T (Technology), E (Engineering), A (Arts) og M (Mathematics) workshops og aktiviteter, delte sine erfaringer, utvekslet ideer og lærte mer om autisme og STEAM-undervisning. Disse metodene vil bli tatt i bruk av ulike foreldre hjemme med barna sine. Tilbakemeldingene og forslagene om opplæringen ble satt stor pris på og tatt godt imot. Dette arrangementet var en milepæl i arbeidet med å nå målet om å inkludere og gjøre STEAM-undervisning tilgjengelig for autistiske barn.

The much-awaited 2 days Parent's Training happened in Skopje, North Macedonia with 12 participants in total. It was an active event with all participants engaging in the S (Science), T (Technology), E (Engineering), A (Arts), and M (Mathematics) workshops and activities, sharing their experiences, exchanging ideas, and learning more about Autism and STEAM education. These methods will be adopted and used by different parents for their children at home. The feedback and suggestions about the training are very much appreciated and well noted. This event was a milestone in the accomplishment of the goal for inclusion and accessibility of STEAM education for Autistic children.

VET EqualHealth TPM Molde Oktober

Tirsdag 29. oktober var alle partnerne i VET Equalhealth-prosjektet samlet i den vakre byen Molde for å avholde det siste transnasjonale prosjektmøtet. Våre estiske og italienske partnere deltok på nett. Diskusjonene ble innledet med en velkomsttale av vertspartneren Priosvest og en kort oppsummering av arbeidet som er gjort til nå og de kommende oppgavene. Deretter delte alle partnerne sine erfaringer med WP3 Piloting og ideer om veien videre for selvevalueringsskjemaer. For WP4 er innleggene på sosiale medier i gang i henhold til planen, og alle partnerne er i ferd med å gjennomføre tre online- og offline-arrangementer for å spre bevissthet, og KPI-en for dette vil være antall besøkende på e-læringsplattformen og antall påmeldinger til kurset. Det vil også bli laget en kort film om prosjektet og e-læringsplattformen. Det vil bli avholdt et internasjonalt arrangement i slutten av november, og målgruppen vil være kvinneforeninger, yrkesutdannere, studenter og helsepersonell. Deretter vil det bli utarbeidet en politisk anbefaling basert på rapportene og tilbakemeldingene fra alle ventilene. Alle de formelle tidsfristene er notert, og oppgavene er planlagt deretter.

Den tyske partneren vil ta seg av formidlingsaktivitetene og lede prosessen med å lage rapportene. Budsjettering og behovet for en forlengelse av prosjektet ble også diskutert. Møtet ble avsluttet med en seremoni for sertifikatutdeling og en ydmyk takk til alle for at de har vært med på denne reisen!

On Tuesday, October 29, all partners in the VET Equalhealth project gathered in the beautiful city of Molde, Norway to have the last Transnational Project Meeting. Our Estonian and Italian partners joined us online. The discussions opened with a welcome speech by the Host Partner Priosvest and a short summary of work done till now and the upcoming tasks. Next, all partners shared their experience on the WP3 Piloting and ideas on the way forward for self-evaluation forms. For the WP4, the Social media posts are in progress as per the plan, all partners are in the process of conducting 3 online 3offline events to spread awareness, and the KPI for this will be the number of visitors on the e-learning platform and the number of enrollments into the course. A short reel will also be created for the project and e-learning platform. There will be an International event by the end of November and the target group will be women's associations, VET trainers, students, and healthcare professionals. Next, based on the reports and feedback from all vents, there will be a Policy Recommendation. All the formal deadlines are noted and tasks are planned accordingly.

The German partner will look after the dissemination activities and lead the report creation process. Budgeting and the need for an extension of the project were also points of discussion. The meeting ended with a Certificate facilitation ceremony and a humble thank you to everyone for being part of this journey!

Møte om kvinner i ledelse i Norge

Den 14. oktober, en vakker mandag morgen, møttes det norske og det polske teamet i Molde for å utveksle ideer og tanker i forbindelse med Women in Leadership-prosjektet (WIL), som er finansiert av EEA og Norway Grants. På dette møtet diskuterte vi den norske og den polske lederstilen, deres verdier og prinsipper, forskjellene mellom de to, kvinnerepresentasjonen i næringslivet og offentlig sektor, behovet for kurs i kvinneledelse og den praktiske gjennomføringen av likestilling på arbeidsplassen. Det polske teamet presenterte resultatene av de lokale «Active Women»-workshopene, strategier og hvordan kvinner kan inkluderes i arbeidslivet. Det norske teamet viste frem de utviklede modulene for e-læringsprogrammet som er en del av prosjektoppgavene.

På dag to, den 15. oktober, samhandlet to kvinnelige ledere - Marthe Outzen, konserndirektør for HR og kommunikasjon i Brunvoll, og Mona Kvernberg, Avdelingsleder ved Molde politistasjon - med teamene. De ga viktig innsikt fra sine erfaringer med kvinnelig lederskap og endringer i det kulturelle tankesettet i henholdsvis næringslivet og offentlig sektor. Møtet ble avsluttet med en utveksling av ord om mulige fremtidige endringer i lederskapet og oppdateringer om modulene for e-læring.

Vi tok også en tur til Varden sammen og fikk et glimt av den fantastiske utsikten fra utsiktspunktet Molde Panorama. På kveldene møttes lagene også til en sosial middag.

Women in Leadership Meeting in Norway

On the 14th of October, a beautiful Monday morning, the Norwegian and the Polish teams gathered in Molde to exchange ideas and thoughts for the Women in Leadership (WIL) Project funded by the EEA and Norway Grants. In this meeting, we discussed about the Norwegian and Polish Leadership styles, their values and principles, the differences between the two, the representation of women in the corporate and public sectors, the need for women's leadership courses, and the practicality of having gender equality at work. The Polish team presented the outcomes of the local "Active Women" workshops, strategies, and how the inclusion of women in the work sector can be achieved. The Norwegian team showcased the developed modules for the E-learning program that is part of the project tasks.

On the second day, the 15th of October, two Women Leaders- Marthe Outzen, EVP HR & Communications at Brunvoll, and Mona Kvernberg, Section Leader at Molde Police Station interacted with the teams. They gave important insights from their women's leadership experiences and the changing cultural mindsets in the corporate and the Public sectors respectively. The meeting was closed with an exchange of words on the possible future amendments in the leadership and updates on the modules for e-learning.

We also took a trip to Varden together and got a glimpse of some breathtaking views from the Molde Panorama viewpoint. The teams also gathered in the evenings for a social dinner.

VET EqualHealth: Pilotering for arbeidspakke 3

Opplæringsprogram for helsepersonell

Opplæringsprogrammet for kompetanseheving av yrkesfaglige institusjoner og helsepersonell ble avholdt i Hustadvika vidaregåande skole, Elnesvågen,

Hustadvika kommune den 03.09.2024. Deltakerne inkluderte 9 helsefagelever og 2 yrkesfaglærere. Programmet var basert på å definere målet med prosjektet og dets relevans i dagens samfunn. Det ble lagt stor vekt på de seks opplæringsmodulene som alle partnerne i prosjektet hadde utviklet i fellesskap, og som omhandlet temaer som internasjonalt og europeisk lovverk, grunnleggende begreper om kjønnsforskjeller, kjønnsforskjeller i moderne samfunn, stereotypier og hvordan man kan takle dem, kjønnsmedisin og historiske hull i forskningen,

I tillegg var det en selvinnsiktsundersøkelse og et evalueringsskjema for å gi tilbakemelding om modulene.

Prosjektets nettside og e-læringsplattformene ble også vist frem. Studentene deltok aktivt i diskusjoner om moderne helsepraksis, kjønnsbevissthet og bruk av kjønnssensitivt språk. Arrangementet ble avsluttet med en hyggelig pizzasamling :)

Training program for health care professionals

The training program for Upskilling VET institutions and Healthcare professionals was held in Hustadvika vidaregåande skole, Elnesvågen, Hustadvika kommune on 03.09.2024. The participants included 9 Healthcare students and 2 VET teachers. The program was based on defining the aim of the project and its relevance in the current society. A major focus was given on the 6 training modules developed together by all partners in the project and consisted of topics like International and European legal framework, basic concepts about gender differences, gender inequalities in modern societies, stereotypes, how to tackle them, gender medicine, and historical gaps in research,

In addition, there was a self-awareness survey and an evaluation form for giving feedback about the modules.

The project website and the E-learning platforms were also showcased. Students actively participated in discussions on modern healthcare practices, gender awareness, and the use of gender-sensitive language. The event was wrapped up successfully following a lovely pizza gathering!

UTVIKLING AV EMOSJONELL INTELLIGENS GJENNOM

SOSIAL OG EMOSJONELL LÆRING (SEL)

Lærerkurset i sosial emosjonell læring ble holdt i Oslo i 10 dager og ble avsluttet 30.08.2024. PriosVest AS var vertskap, og totalt fire lærere fra EPAGGELMATIKO LYKEIO PALAMA - en offentlig teknisk skole i Karditsa i Hellas - deltok.

Opplæringen dekket temaer som emosjonell intelligens, dens betydning i klasserommet og på arbeidsplassen, utvikling av EI-ferdigheter, anvendelse av dem, selvbevissthet, lederskapsbygging, ulike lederstiler og personlige planer for endring. Det var aktiv deltakelse i gruppeøvelsene og aktivitetene.

Vi fikk positive tilbakemeldinger på programmets mål, innhold og gjennomføring. PriosVest ønsker å påvirke og skape et sunt læringsmiljø for sosial emosjonell læring (SEL).

DEVELOPING EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE THROUGH SOCIAL AND EMOTIONAL LEARNING (SEL)

The Teacher's training for Social Emotional Learning was held in Oslo, Norway for 10 days and ended on 30.08.2024. It was hosted by PriosVest AS and there were a total of 4 participants who were the teachers from EPAGGELMATIKO LYKEIO PALAMA- a Public Technical School in Karditsa, Greece.

The training covered topics like emotional intelligence, its importance in the classroom and workplace, the development of EI skills, their application, self-awareness, leadership building, different styles of leadership, and personal plans for change. There was an active participation in the Group exercises and activities.

We received a positive feedback on the program goals, the content, and its execution. PriosVest aspires to influence and create a healthy learning environment for Social Emotional Learning (SEL) skills.

EqualHealth- Upskilling VET institutions and healthcare professionals

Den andre TPM for prosjektet ble avholdt i Berlin, Tyskland, den 14.05.2024. Vertslandet var Tyskland og organisasjonen ARDA Beratung Bildung. På agendaen sto diskusjoner om evalueringen av arbeidspakke 2, kommende oppgaver og arrangementer for arbeidspakke 3 og 4, pilotsøknad for arbeidspakke 3, tidsfrister, sluttrapportering, plan for den siste TPM i Norge og oversettelser. Resultatet av møtet var tilfredsstillende, og det verdifulle bidraget fra alle partnerne ble anerkjent. Møtet ble avsluttet med en generell tilbakemelding på dagens diskusjoner og utdeling av Certficate.

The 2nd TPM for the Project was held in Berlin, Germany on 14.05.2024. The host country was Germany and organisation ARDA Beratung Bildung. The agenda included discussions on the evaluation of the WP2, upcoming tasks and events for Work Package 3 and 4, piloting application for WP3, the deadlines, final reporting, plan for the final TPM in Norway and the translations. There outcomes of the meeting were satisfactory and the valuable contribution of all the partners was acknowledged. The meeting was closed with a general feedback on the day's discussion and Certficate distribution.

STEAMing Ahead TPM Larissa

Tirsdag 16.4 hadde vi Kick-Off møte i prosjektet STEAMing Ahead som tar sikte på å gi foreldre som har barn med autisme nyttige verktøy i form av opplæringsmoduler vi skal utvikle. STEAM er i undervisningssammenheng en nyttig metode for å oppnå optimal læring og nå ønsker vi å tilpasse dette slik at foreldre kan dra nytte av metoden ovenfor sine barn. Gjennom prosjektet skal vi også gjennomføre en pilotering hvor to foreldre fra hvert av partnerlandene skal delta i Skopje, Nord Makedonia. Her skal de være evaluatører.

Prosjektmøtet ble gjennomført med alle parter til stede. Ønsker å rette en stor takk til Anna Maria Karantali, fra Innovation Hive i Larissa for god gjennomføring og vertskap. Takk også til ViModo - Research & Education Hub fra Kypros og Autism Macedonia-Blue Firefly , vår koordinator fra Nord Makedonia.

On Tuesday 16 April, we had a Kick-Off meeting in the STEAMing Ahead project, which aims to provide parents who have children with autism with useful tools in the form of training modules we will develop. In a teaching context, STEAM is a useful method for achieving optimal learning and now we want to adapt this so that parents can benefit from the method for their children. Through the project, we will also carry out a pilot where two parents from each of the partner countries will participate in Skopje, North Macedonia. Here they will be evaluators.

The project meeting was organized with all parties present. I would like to thank Anna Maria Karantali, from Innovation Hive in Larissa, for her excellent organization and hosting. Thanks also to ViModo - Research & Education Hub from Cyprus and Autism Macedonia-Blue Firefly , our coordinator from North Macedonia.

Building the future Women Leaders

Another good news for the year!

Priosvest was granted the EEA funding for the Women in Leadership project in collaboration with the Polish organisation Fundacja edumocni.

The aim of the project is to facilitate building social capital across generations among 20 women - leaders and activists of different ages, working for public interests at local level (Tarnowski sub-region), in the period July 2024 - February 2025 through several activities such as exchange of experience between organisations in Norway and Poland, multicultural engagement and interaction with women in leadership positions.

Piloting with Healthcare Trainers

Piloteringsarrangementet for prosjektet ble avholdt på Høgskolen i Molde, Norge den 03. April. 2024. Det var totalt 7 deltakere.
De var lærere/undervisere fra Avdeling for helse- og sosialfag ved universitetet. Målet med dette møtet var å gjøre helsepersonell og undervisere oppmerksomme på Erasmus+-prosjektet om EqualHealth og presentere innholdet som er utviklet av alle partnerlandene så langt. De kombinerte modulene for arbeidspakke WP2 ble presentert, og inkluderte temaer som grunnleggende kjønnsbegreper, ulikheter mellom kjønnene i dagens samfunn og helsevesen, praktiske verktøy for å øke bevisstheten om kjønn og bruk av kjønnssensitivt språk.
Alle deltakerne mente at disse temaene var svært viktige og praktiske, og uttrykte behov for å inkludere dem i den offisielle kursplanen.

FLY Financial Literacy for Immigrant Women

The 2nd Transnational Project Meeting for this Erasmus project was held in the beautiful planned city of Karditsa, Greece on 25 and 26 January, 2024. The meeting opened with welcoming the partners by greek hosts and small presentation about the E- School Group. The project is coming to its end and most of the tasks have been executed. Critical discussion points included editing the Analysis reports, finalising the Work Packages (WP3 and WP4), Digital Toolkit, Website creation & maintenance, overviewing the Gantt Chart to keep track of the schedule & deadlines, Piloting feedback, Piloting Reports and Dissemination activities.

The FLY National Report is to be created, reviewed and submitted in the month of March which will be done with co-operation of all partner countries.

Host country was Greece and participating countries were Norway, Turkey, Romania and Spain.

On the second day, there was a cultural trip to Holy Monasteries of Meteora. This UNESCO World Heritage is a great place to witness mesmerizing landscape full of 600m high rocks and the greek orthodox monasteries which are suspended on those gigantic rocks. In addition, there was a trip to Acropolis monument in the capital city of Athens. It is symbolic of the Greek Architecture and Civilization. The Parthenon, the Erechtheon, the Propylaea, Theatre of Dionysus and the small temple Athena Nike are part of this heritage site.

Det andre transnasjonale prosjektmøtet for dette Erasmus-prosjektet ble avholdt i den vakre, planlagte byen Karditsa i Hellas 25. og 26. januar 2024. Møtet ble innledet med at de greske vertene ønsket partnerne velkommen og ga en liten presentasjon av E- School Group. Prosjektet nærmer seg slutten, og de fleste oppgavene er utført. Viktige diskusjonspunkter var blant annet redigering av analyserapportene, ferdigstilling av arbeidspakkene (WP3 og WP4), digital verktøykasse, opprettelse og vedlikehold av nettstedet, oversikt over Gantt-diagrammet for å holde oversikt over tidsplanen og tidsfrister, tilbakemeldinger fra pilotene, pilotrapporter og formidlingsaktiviteter.

Den nasjonale FLY-rapporten skal utarbeides, gjennomgås og sendes inn i mars måned i samarbeid med alle partnerlandene.

Vertslandet var Hellas, og deltakerlandene var Norge, Tyrkia, Romania og Spania.

Den andre dagen var det kulturtur til de hellige klostrene i Meteora. Dette er på UNESCOs verdensarvliste, og her kan man oppleve et fascinerende landskap fullt av 600 meter høye klipper og de gresk-ortodokse klostrene som henger på disse gigantiske klippene. I tillegg ble det en tur til Akropolis-monumentet i hovedstaden Athen. Det er symbolet på gresk arkitektur og sivilisasjon. Multiplier Event I

Financial Literacy for Immigrant Women (FLY) had its first Multiplier Event on 15.01.2024 at the Kristiansund Voksenopplæring (KVO). A total of 16 participants attended the session.

Financial Literacy for Immigrant Women (FLY) hadde sitt første Multiplier Event 15.01.2024 på Kristiansund Voksenopplæring (KVO). Totalt 16 deltakere deltok på samlingen.

Multiplier Event II

The second Multiplier Event for FLY was held on 23rd January, 2024 at the Haukås skole, Hustadvika kommune. A total of 25 participants attended the session.

In both events, the motive of this project, its targeted group and the expected outcomes were addressed. Topics like Managing money, budgeting, financial planning, awareness about financial terms and importance of Entrepreneurship were focussed upon. The success of this project will be defined by how much it is able to reach maximum number of people.

Det andre Multiplier Event for FLY ble avholdt 23. januar 2024 på Haukås skole, Hustadvika kommune. Til sammen 25 deltakere var til stede.

På begge arrangementene ble motivet for prosjektet, målgruppen og de forventede resultatene tatt opp. Det ble fokusert på temaer som økonomistyring, budsjettering, økonomisk planlegging, bevissthet om økonomiske begreper og betydningen av entreprenørskap. Hvor vellykket dette prosjektet er, avhenger av i hvilken grad det når ut til flest mulig.

Empowering Disadvantaged Women Multiplier Event II

This 2nd ME Event was held on 23.01.24 in at Haukås skole, Hustadvika kommune with 25 participants to widespread the learnings and outcomes of the EDW Project to make it more visible and accepted. The session comprised of the senior and young teachers who are responsible for primary ans secondary education. They deal with children from variety of backgrounds and culture and can contribute to empowering the disadvantaged women. The event helped them understand more about this project- its aim, target group and the desired outcomes.

Dette andre ME-arrangementet ble avholdt 23.01.24 på Haukås skole i Hustadvika kommune med 25 deltakere for å spre erfaringer og resultater fra EDW-prosjektet og gjøre det mer synlig og akseptert. Sesjonen besto av eldre og yngre lærere med ansvar for grunnskole og videregående opplæring. De arbeider med barn med ulik bakgrunn og kultur og kan bidra til å styrke vanskeligstilte kvinner. Arrangementet hjalp dem med å forstå mer om dette prosjektet - dets mål, målgruppe og de ønskede resultatene.

E-STEAM SEL Mutiplier Event II

The 2nd Multiplier event for this Erasmus+ project was held on 23.01.24 at Haukås skole, Hustadvika kommune with 25 participants. The E-STEAM SEL project is aimed at fostering STEAM and Social Emotional Learning (SEL) skills amongst educational institutions. The project was initiated with the idea of including SEL in practical learning and educational subjects of the classes via innovative techniques and behavioral changes.

Inside the ME, topics like STEAM subjects, smart learning techniques, importance of SEL and how they can we combine different subjects learning were discussed with the primary and secondary school teachers.

Det andre Multiplier-arrangementet for dette Erasmus+-prosjektet ble avholdt 23.01.24 på Haukås skole, Hustadvika kommune, med 25 deltakere. E-STEAM SEL-prosjektet har som mål å fremme STEAM- og SEL-ferdigheter (Social Emotional Learning) blant utdanningsinstitusjoner. Prosjektet ble startet med ideen om å inkludere SEL i praktisk læring og pedagogiske emner i klassene ved hjelp av innovative teknikker og atferdsendringer.

I ME ble temaer som STEAM-emner, smarte læringsteknikker, viktigheten av SEL og hvordan vi kan kombinere læring i ulike fag diskutert med lærere fra grunnskolen og videregående skole.

Financial Literacy FLY Piloting

On 08.01.24, Financial Literacy for Immigrant Women- FLY project was piloted with 14 women participants at Kristiansund voksenopplæring (KVO). Topics like budgeting, personal finance, financial investments and management were discussed. The prime agenda of this session was to create awareness about importance of knowing the financial system of a new country amongst the immigrant women.

Den 08.01.24 ble prosjektet Financial Literacy for Immigrant Women - FLY gjennomført med 14 kvinnelige deltakere på Kristiansund voksenopplæring (KVO). Temaer som budsjettering, personlig økonomi, finansielle investeringer og forvaltning ble diskutert. Hovedformålet var å skape bevissthet blant innvandrerkvinnene om viktigheten av å kjenne til det økonomiske systemet i et nytt land.

E-STEAM SEL Mutiplier Event I

The 1st Multiplier event for this Erasmus+ project was held on 16.01.24 at Kristiansund Voksenopplæring with16 participants. The project which is directed towards educational institutions to foster STEAM and Social Emotional Learning (SEL) skills, was initiated to promote the inclusion on SEL in practical learning and educational subjects of the classes via innovative techniques and behavioral changes. The Multiplier event helped extend the influence of this project and aware the teachers about the importance of this subject.

Det første Multiplier-arrangementet for dette Erasmus+-prosjektet ble avholdt 16.01.24 på Kristiansund Voksenopplæring med 16 deltakere. Prosjektet, som er rettet mot utdanningsinstitusjoner for å fremme STEAM og ferdigheter innen sosial og emosjonell læring (SEL), ble igangsatt for å fremme inkludering av SEL i praktisk læring og undervisningsfag i klassene ved hjelp av innovative teknikker og atferdsendringer. Multiplikatorarrangementet bidro til å utvide prosjektets innflytelse og bevisstgjøre lærerne om viktigheten av dette emnet.

Empowering Disadvantaged Women - EDW Multiplier Event

This ME Event was carried out on 15.01.24 in Kristiansund Voksenopplæring to disseminate the learnings and outcomes of the EDW Project such that it is visible on a larger-scale. The session was done with 16 individuals comprising of Teachers, Headmasters and Project Managers. The event was a success and at the end everyone was able to take home some piece of information on how to impart the practical working skills to disadvantaged women.

Dette ME-arrangementet ble gjennomført 15.01.24 i Kristiansund Voksenopplæring for å spre erfaringer og resultater fra EDW-prosjektet slik at det blir synlig i st ørre skala. Sesjonen ble gjennomført med 16 personer, bestående av lærere, rektorer og prosjektledere. Arrangementet var en suksess, og til slutt fikk alle med seg informasjon om hvordan de kan formidle praktiske ferdigheter til vanskeligstilte kvinner.

Empowering Disadvantaged Women - EDW Piloting

Piloting event for EDW was held on 8th January, 2024 in kristiansund voksenopplæring and had 10 participants. The session focussed on educating the disadvantaged and low-skilled women from different backgrounds about the economic independence, different work opprtunities for them, handling finances and emphasized on the importance of self-independence. EDW focuses on imparting the required skills via online or distance learning.

Pilotarrangementet for EDW ble avholdt 8. januar 2024 i Kristiansund voksenopplæring og hadde 10 deltakere. Økten fokuserte på å lære vanskeligstilte og lavt utdannede kvinner med ulik bakgrunn om økonomisk uavhengighet, ulike arbeidsmuligheter for dem, håndtering av økonomi og understreket viktigheten av selvstendighet. EDW fokuserer på å formidle de nødvendige ferdighetene via nett- eller fjernundervisning.

The Kick-off/first TPM of the EqualHealth Project was held in the coastal city of Palermo, Italy. The meeting started with CEIPES presentation and tour of CEIPES facilities followed by welcoming the partner countries and each one presenting themsleves. The prime agenda was discussion on the Desk Results, common issues related to Health, Project Management/Financial Plans, Project results, Timelines, Interim Reports and Work packages and Dissemination activities. Highlight of the meeting was discussion on the way Interviews will be conducted. Host country was Italy and participating countries included Norway, Estonia, Germany and Turkey.

E-STEAM SEL TPM GALATI ROMANIA I 04.12.23-05.12.23

The 4th and final TPM for this 2-year project was held in the historic Galati city of Romania. All participants were greeted with a warm welcome by the lovely school students, teachers and the principal. This was followed by School visit and witnessing the cultural performances by children. The prime agenda was discussion on Pilot applications and its Results, Evaluations, Final Reporting, budgeting for MEs and succesful implementation of the Project Results.
Host country was Romania and participating countries included Norway, Portugal (online), Turkey and Slovenia.
