Initiatives for intergenerational cooperation – BeFORme
The aim of the project is to facilitate the building of social capital across generations among 20 women - managers and activists of various ages, who work for public interests at the local level (sub-region Tarnowski), in the period July 2024 - February 2025 through several activities such as exchange of experience between organizations in Norway and Poland, multicultural involvement and interaction with women in leadership positions.
